Codfish with Cream

Like any other codfish dish, the best flavors need to be present. It was for that reason that we added a home-made béchamel sauce.

Oven preparation

  • Without defrosting, remove the plastic covering from the product and place it in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC;
  • Let it bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until it browns.

Microwave preparation

  • Without defrosting, remove the plastic covering from the product and place the Codfish with Cream in the center of the microwave. Cover it with a microwave lid.
  • Turn on the microwave for 8 minutes at maximum power (800w). You can let it brown for another 2 minutes.
